Dear Patients:
It is with great sadness that I announce that my office will be closing. It has been an honor and great pleasure to get to know you and your families through the years. I will truly miss everyone.
The office will continue to remain open seeing patients and giving allergy shots until December 15, 2023. In the meantime, we will need to transition care to another allergist. I have provided a list of local allergists to contact. Please confirm if they are in your insurance network. Your medical records can either be downloaded through the Practice Portal or sent from my office directly to the replacing allergist. With the exception of our usual closure over the December holiday, record requests can be made until the end of February 2024 via telephone or Secure Message in the Practice Portal. After that, requests can be made through our website at www.pghallergy.com.
Many other allergists will continue to administer any allergy serum that I have provided. Nonetheless, I would suggest confirming this prior to transferring. Repeat skin testing will be at the discretion of the new allergist.
In the interim, if you need medication refills, appointments for last minute allergy serum before the end of a deductible year, etc, please let me know how I can help.
